Obituary of Leanora Claire Federico

Leanora C. "Lee" Federico, 91, passed away peacefully on October 11, 2021, Born and Raised in South Phila, Lee was a 65 year resident of Swarthmore. Lee was employed for many years at the Phila Shipyard and for over 20 years at Sears and Roebuck in Granite Run as a cashier. Lee was an accomplished operatic singer in her youth and was best known for her artistic talents as a gourmet Italian cook and baker! She cherished her family and friends and shared her many fabulous food dishes with all whom she loved. She is predeceased by her husband Anthony Federico, and son Armand Federico. Lee is survived by her two grandchildren, Christina Federico and Anthony Federico of Florida, brother Floyd Falcone (wife, Joan), and sister Carol Brandle (husband, Robert). Also survived by two nieces; Alane Falcone, Carol Ann Andreoni Salmons, and six nephews; Greg, Mark, Brian, and Jeff Falcone, and Chris and Mark Andreoni. Visitation will be Thursday 10/21, 9-10am at St. Rose of Lima Church, 1901 Chester Pike, Eddystone PA 19022 followed by a funeral mass at 10am. Burial will be privately held. In Lieu of flowers, Lee requested memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association, alz.org/donate
