Obituary of Frederick J. Rentz

Frederick J. Rentz, age 78 of Prospect Park, passed away peacefully in his home on May 10th, 2022. Born on June 15th, 1943 in Wilmington, DE, Fred was the son of the late Raymond and Virginia Machame and was a graduate of Ridley Township High School. A US Army Veteran, loving husband, father, and grandfather, he was an extremely hard worker. He worked multiple jobs to provide for his family. He enjoyed watching the Phillies, and old western movies, as well as listening to Elvis and spending time with his grandchildren. He is predeceased by his loving wife of 53 years, Donna Rentz, as well as brother Richard Rentz. Survivors: Loving father of Gregory Rentz, Mark (Tracy) Rentz, and Bethany (Raymond) Ouellette, cherished grandfather of Jessica and Shane Rentz, Chase and Ryder Sakers, Alyssa Ouellette, and Gage Rentz, dear brother of Jacqueline Reeser and Raymond Machamer. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday May 18th 2022 at 12pm at Green Mount Cemetary, 117 Westtown Rd. West Chester PA 19382, where we ask that guests meet at 11:45am at the front chapel in order to process to the grave together
