Vanessa M. Dorwart, age 15 of Glenolden formerly of Norwood passed away suddenly on February 25, 2010. Born in Darby, she resided in Norwood before recently moving to Glenolden. Miss Dorwart was a student in the 10th grade at Interboro High School; She attended Holy Cross Catholic grade school and graduated Norwood elementary School. She played soccer for Lansdowne Borough, softball for Westbrook Park and was a former Aldan Girl Scout. She was a caring person who touched so many people's lives, she enjoyed helping people and was a good girl. She had a wonderful caring personally, amazing blue eyes and pretty smile. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and being on her cell phone Granddaughter of the late Dennis Fisher, Roseann and Paul Dorwart Beloved daughter of: Kimberly and Paul Dorwart of Glenolden. Loving Sister of: Dylan, Aiden, Francine and Paige Dorwart all of Glenolden. Cherished Granddaughter of: Joanne Fisher. Loving niece of: Linda, Sandra, Denise, Krista, Jackie, Nancy, Jamie, Kathleen, Michael, James, John, Bobby, Jude, Dave, Marty, Matthew, Patrick and Thomas and many cousins. Funeral Mass: 11AM on Saturday, March 6 at St. Gabriel's Church, 233 Mohawk Ave. Norwood, PA.19074 Visitation: Friday, 5-9PM at McCausland-Garrity Funeral Home, 202 S. Chester Pike, Glenolden, PA. 19036 and Saturday 9-11AM at St. Gabriel's Church, 233 Mohawk Ave. Norwood, PA. 19074. Burial: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA. Contributions: flowers or contributions to the Vanessa M. Dorwart Memorial Fund, C/O Beneficial Bank, 1862 Delmar Dr. Folcroft, PA 19032 would be appreciated.
