John J. Schaffer, III, "Jack", age 28 of Springfield passed away on September 29, 2017 at home.
Jack worked for UPS and was well known for playing ice hockey in many leagues.
He is predeceased by his brother, Frank Schaffer, and grandmother, Joanne Preis.
Survivors: Beloved son of Jack and Stephanie Schaffer, loving brother of Samantha Schaffer, dear grandson of Florence and Jack Schaffer, Sr. and William Preis, nephew of Tom and Diane Schaffer, and Patricia Donegan.
Funeral Service: 1PM on Saturday at the McCausland Garrity Marchesani Funeral Home, 343 S. Chester Pike, Glenolden PA 19036.
Viewing: 11-1PM Saturday at the funeral home
