Janet M. Kelly, age 81 of Collingdale, passed away on January 2, 2018 surrounded by her family.

Born in Philadelphia and raised in Collingdale, Janet was a graduate of Collingdale High School class of 1954.

Janet retired as a Legislative Assistant for over 20 years for State Representative Ronald C. Raymond's office and previously worked for Clover.

Janet loved spending time with her family and her animals especially her Irish Setters.

Janet previously enjoyed volunteering with inmates teaching Bible Study and working with people with physical disabilities.

She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed. She is predeceased by her son, Brian Kelly and her brother Harry Glasgow.

Survivors: she was the beloved wife of Mayor, Frank Kelly, loving mother of Jeannette (William) Morris, Frank (Lorraine) Kelly, Colleen (James Gonzoph) Ruggear, Kathleen (Ron) Ruggear, Patrick (Sandra) Kelly, Kristine (Michael) Olley, grandmother of 17, great grandmother of 14.

Funeral Mass: Saturday, 11:30am at St Joseph's Church, 500 Woodlawn Ave. Collingdale, PA. 19023.

Viewing: Saturday, 9:30am-11:30am at the church

Burial: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield
