Eleanore Mae Flower Parsons age 84 of Collingdale passed away on March 30, 2018.

Eleanore was a graduate of Collingdale High School class of 1951. She worked for Bell Telephone Co, Play Town Toys and Thrift Drugs.

She was a member of Norwood United Methodist Church where she was a Sunday School Teacher, Friendship Chapter Ordered of Eastern Star and Collingdale Senior Citizens and she formerly was a Girl Scout leader.

 

She is predeceased by her husband of 55 years William Parsons and her parents Arthur and Eva Flower and brother Arthur S. Flower.

 

Survivors: Beloved mother of Renay A. (Alan) Oberholtzer, David A.( Carol) Parsons, Glenn Parsons and Paul W. (Jennifer) Parsons, Cherished grandmother of Robert (Samantha)Oberholtzer, David Parsons, Lindsay Parsons, Victoria Parsons and Nicholas Parsons, and great grandmother of Alexander Oberholtzer, dear sister of Ronald (Janet) Flower sand Ronald (Linda) Hambrecht.

Viewing: 9-9:45am Monday April 9 at McCausland Garrity Marchesani Funeral Home, 343 S. Chester Pike Glenolden, PA. 19036 followed by her Eastern Star Service at 9:45am and her Funeral Service at 10am.

Burial: Arlington Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions to Norwood United Methodist Church, 315 Chester Pike Norwood PA. 19074 would be appreciated.
