She is predeceased by her husband John E. Zajac, son Robert Zajac, and grandchildren Joshua and Matt Zajac.
Survivors: Loving mother of Debra Wine, Linda Cartlidge, John Zajac, and Joseph (Anna) Zajac, cherished grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 6, dear sister of Pat McKibbin.
