She is predeceased by her parents William and Helen Oettel
Loving mother of Charles Root, Ellen Conroy, Catherine Dougherty, and Edward (Jennifer) Dougherty Jr., cherished grandmother of her favorite grandchildren Erin Conroy, Tara (Andrew) Williams, Anthony Brees, Morgan Conroy, Chloe Dougherty, Ryan Dougherty, Shawn Burgelbaugh and Justin Dougherty, dear sister of William (Carolyn) Oettel and also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
